Product description:
- Polycrystalline Alumina Mullite Board 1600 is made of polycrystalline alumina mulite 1600 fiber,organic binder and inorganic binder by vacuum forming, drying and finishing. It is widely used for fire resistance and heat insulation of various kiln interior and exterior walls as well as heat insulation of high temperature airflow scouring parts.
Typical application:
- Refractory and heat insulation materials for ladle backing bell furnace, tunnel kiln, roller kiln and alumina melting furnace;
- Insulation lining and backing materials for heat treatment furnace;
- Ceramic kiln insulation lining and backing materials;
- Refractory and Heat Insulation Materials for Glass and Building Materials Industry.
Product characteristics:
- Low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, thermal shock resistance, good resistance to chemical attack;
- Low shot content, the density and hardness of the product are uniform and the internal bonding force is good;
- Excellent flexural, compressive and processability;
- Good high temperature self-bearing capacity and heat-resistant wind erosion;
